This 2-day deep dive class is designed to help you tap into the consciousness of your body and the ability it has to facilitate you to more joy, consciousness and fun. Body Whispering classes change you forever.

In this class we follow the energy, no two classes are ever the same.

HiI'm Dr. Adeela Afiz
After spending over a decade in clinical practice as a Chiropractor, I realised that something was still missing. I was seeing what was creating the greatest changes for my clients wasn't the physical treatment, it was unlocking and releasing emotional baggage, stress and changing lifelong trauma they had been carrying around for years that allowed them to truly heal.
As I trusted myself and the awareness of what each client truly required to heal, the results were unmissable. Since then I have immersed myself in learning, understanding and teaching about the neurology, physiology and energy of changing your life.
That's how Body Whispering was born.
I now travel the world teaching this modality and certify Body Whispering Practitioners around the globe.
In 2020, the Life Whispering Institute was founded, offering leading-edge Mind-Body Training and Certification to people of all ages and backgrounds in our signature modalities. Our target is to be one of the leading institutes in the world for Practitioners, Healers and Coaches to gain knowledge, empowerment and certification.
