These sessions are life-changing. Perceive, receive and integrate change at all levels of mind, body and energy with a 1:1 session with Dr Adeela Afiz. These sessions are a personalised hybrid of Healing, Facilitation, Coaching, Activations and Empowerment created by tapping into your body and being and delivering what is required to help you be free, empowered and happy in all or any area of your life or business.
