Beware Of These Words!
*EVERYWHERE
*EVERYONE
*ALL the time!
*This ALWAYS happens
Generalisations skews perception and creates bias, creates urgency when there might not be any, and it reveals your weakness.
Be careful of statements you use such as -“this always happens” it may well create a different actions vs if you say “This has happened twice before and I want to be really aware of not creating this situation again”
Two other people I know are talking about this right now/doing this right now/investing in this right now VS Everyone i know is doing this.
Using these words and statements leaves you vulnerable to the power of suggestion.Get diligent about vetting your own self talk and speech to remove false perception, be more aware, have more clarity and create more choice!

What are the pain points in your life or business?

When is it time to STOP?When is it time to make a call on something that is no longer serving you, creating greater or aligned with you? But it’s a hard decision? This can apply to
-Jobs-Career Choices
-Friends-Staff
-Business Partnerships
-Products you sell
-Services you offer
Even if its a source of income for you.
Maybe you have done it that way for so long, and you don’t want to rock the boat, or your avoiding a difficult or awkward conversation. You don’t want to “hurt” someone by firing them, telling them something isn’t working anymore or not going ahead with a deal because it’s with someone you know or like!!
Here is my question? What is it costing you?
Avoidance often ends in tears! It will end up costing you more or when you avoid those whispers of awareness, when you avoid being fully present and listening to that gut instinct, that little whisper that something requires your attention, something that used to work, does not work anymore, that someone that used to work, isn’t working anymore….. If you continue to ignore it, it often blows up in such a way that you can’t ignore it any more.
For me, the soft spot is always when it comes to relationships, I don’t want to hurt people or sometimes just not inconvenience them! But If your growth game is strong, so should your change game be. That means, if you are on the creative edge of personal and business growth, your business and your team should reflect that in their level of growth OR you it means you are outgrowing them and you should have a completely different team or moving on to a new business model… sooner than you think you do. If you are waiting until you feel “ready” for change, your waiting too long. If your avoiding putting a STOP to doing something that you know is no longer serving you, you are working against your success and something you may not be factoring in at all is the energetic leakage occurring in putting up with the situation! Energetic leakage, meaning your are losing precious energy, momentum and quantum leaps by having to put up with an environment or team that are not keeping up with you or more ideally propelling you towards growth rather than stagnation.

Episode 9: Your Body : The Physiology of Success
We ignore our bodies even though they are the vessel to receive information from and create intuitively.
Our bodies are our feedback system-your body tells you when something is not right or completely wrong-your mind will try to outthink or logistically out manoeuvre your gut most of the time-what are you going to trust more?
 
Healing your body to heal your mind-you will store stuck emotions and also past trauma or stress in your body. Physiology affects everything you do, It reinforces beliefs – so if your body doesn’t believe something, it means your mind can’t either-create success by working with the physiology of your body
Heal – in whatever way you can using whatever modalities, coaches, practitioners that work for you. I cannot stress enough the importance of the brain body connection. If you have been trying to get to the next level in your business and it’s been really hard or you just can’t, a hack I suggest for you to try is to focus on your body! Heal past traumas or memories, that little niggle or memory that triggers self doubt, fear or sabotage., rip that wide open rather than continue trying to cover it up.
 
There are a million examples of all the successful millionaires and billionaires who know that to keep up-levelling, it’s not an either or, it’s not the body or the mind, it’s not make more money or be healthy, in order to really succeed, and succeed holistically, in the way we are interested in here on The Business Whisperer podcast, you have to make healing and wellness and your
body a priority, not an afterthought.

What if this year is all you have left to create the life and business you have always desired?
If you only had this year to create the life you had always imagined, what would you do?
 
Homework:
1.Give yourself a timeframe between 6-12 months to double, quadruple or 10x your results
2. What would you be doing if you only had the rest of this year to create your business?

Episode 6: Are You A Great Employee But A Bad Business Owner?
 
I hear this all the time and I CERTAINLY went through this myself. I am a great employee, I work hard, I treat the business as my own and I am good at making money for the boss, business or company I work for. I have never struggled to find a job or to get good references or to help people create a business that is financially viable.
 
BUT for whatever reason when you finally decide to go into business for yourself, no matter what industry you are in, no matter how many years of experience you have, there is this really common thread that I see and work on this with clients across all industries.
 
The business never grows at the rate of your business plan or projections, even though when you worked for someone else, you hit those figures easily every week or month. The ability to create and trust in your ability to bring in the money suddenly feels like hard work.
 
So Why does this happen?
Subconscious (Money) Blocks Subconscious beliefs around:
Money
Abundance
Permission to create
Permission to be in charge of your own fate or destiny
Being good with money
-how you deal with money in your personal life is how you deal with money in your business
It’s not ok to be loud and proud about promoting my own work
 
Most of us are highly self critical-so with no one else to tell us we are doing a good job or anyone else around to compare ourselves to inside the organization, you will focus on what your not doing good enough rather than what is going great.
